The Art of the Doubt

“The only true wisdom is in knowing you know nothing.” Socrates

“In my great and unmatched wisdom.”

45th President of the United States of America.

We don’t doubt anymore. We are overconfident and cocky. And why wouldn’t we be? YOU can become president. YOU can become an astronaut. YOU can become whatever you want. Limitations are for losers!

Doubt is dangerous. So called ‘experts’ doubt. They write long boring texts and they are not 110% sure about anything. You can feel they are wrong just by looking at their smug faces and their diplomas. If you feel something is right, it is right for you. An alternative fact. Vaccines are dangerous. I read it on the internet. 5G is probably five times as dangerous as 1G. That’s just common sense.

Or what do I know? Everything I know I have learned from somebody else. I don’t know if an original thought has ever crossed my mind. Everything’s invented already. Is this a good text? I don’t know. I think so, but I don’t know. Is it mean spirited? I don’t hope so. I hope someone out there can learn something.

Maybe I know two things, overconfidence is a bad thing and self confidence is good. But, then again, what do I know?
